Mambo Media is thrilled to announce that Tiffany Salzman will be the company’s new Vice President of Client Success. In the new role, Tiffany will lead the account management team and focus on client service, team enablement and expanding offerings.

Tiffany has been with Mambo since 2012 and previously occupied the role of Senior Director of Customer Experience. She has led marketing teams and programs for over 12 years enabling her to guide clients and teams through the ever-changing digital ecosphere to create multi-faceted programs that exceed client goals, improve ROI and engender brand loyalty.
Her work with brands including OHSU, HTC, Burgerville, KinderCare, Portland State University, Mentor Graphics and The American Heart Association has allowed her to work first hand with marketing teams to fully understand the challenges they face and identify how Mambo can play an integral role in enabling a client’s success through leveraging multiple disciplines in an agile approach.
